P90X Results - 1 Month Later

As promised, here are my results after 6 weeks of changing what I've been eating and 4 weeks of exercise...

Lifestyle Change

I just returned from grocery shopping where I bought tofu, baby spinach, cashews and numerous other healthy treats.  The trip took twice as long as my usual grocery run because this is the first time I've bought half of the crap on my shopping list.  In an effort to get in wedding shape, my beautiful fiancée Kristin and I have decided to give P90X (Beachbody.com/P90X) a try.  Over the next 203 days I will sporadically update you all on our journey to look like Richard Gere and Julia Roberts circa 1990.  Pictures to follow.

New Year, New Blog

According to Wikipedia, blogging dates back to 1994.  It took 10 years to officially hit mainstream popularity.

Well...

It took 17 years to get my attention, at least for today.  I'm starting this blog while waiting patiently for my fiancée to get home so I can start dinner.  I used to be a gambling man; every so often I wish I still was but more often than not I'm glad I've changed my ways...for now.  But, if I had to put odds on me making another post to this newly created blog within the next week I'd probably tell you to take your chances on a 5-team parlay.  Truthfully the only reason I created this blog was because I was hoping to secure my name in the blogspot url, however, since NFL Offensive Coordinators, 'famous' motivational speakers and even hairstylists can be found with my name across the globe it is rare that I can ever get my name in an email, url or user id.  Probably because I usually wait 17 years to catch on to things.
